Help! Redeem Promotional Gift Card

I received the email below to redeem my promotional gift cards but when I click on the Redeem Now link and go to either my account home or mobile app, there's no "Tile" related to gift card redemption. I have searched everywhere but no answer. I saw similar issues posted here but other customers so here I am.

Any help from the mods will be greatly appreciated!
