Can't redeem $50 Verizon eGift Card

I am unable to redeem my $50 Verizon eGift Card, like many others have been posting on this forum for years. I have tried the website and the app, but none of it works. I am receiving the "Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later." error.

Any assistance is appreciated.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu.
