Does Verizon just send the same generic return kit no matter what equipment you have? I have four pieces of equipment to return. Fios TV One, two Mini's and a G1100 router. The return kit I was sent looks designed for the old grey DVR's cable companies were using ten years ago. The smaller DVR's I have will likely move around during shipping and I don't want to be charged if the equipment is damaged. Is there a kit designed for the smaller equipment?
