Help me remove pop-up window

Hello all and Happy Thursday!

I was screwing around with the remote and did something I shouldn't have and now I have some window I can't close.

There is a grey colored window pegged on my screen (even after turning the TV off and on) that reads as follows:

I have the VZ P265 v1.1 remote. Can anyone tell me how to close this window please?

Reboot the STB or simply unplug it and plug it back in. This is a known issue that I've seen personally several times.

If you choose the exit option, that box should close.

Assuming you did that, try the "Fix FiOS TV Issues" option. (Menu>>Customer Support>>Fix FiOS TV Issues)

walt178, Yes sir, I have already tried the exit option and it just sent me to the full screen guide. Since I am not at home and don't have the remote in front of me, once I get to "Fix FiOS TV Issues" what do I do after that?
