Hi
My bill is due on 7th April (my frist month with Verizon). I have enrolled my checking acocunt to Auto Pay.
I have recieved confirmation email form verizon about this saying no further action is needed.
However, i found out my bill is still unpaid this monring.(Glad i checked).
I now paid it manually. Do i have to pay this manually every time? Am i missing something here or is this a glitch in verizon billing system?
