Never received my two $100 Visa® Prepaid Cards

Hello,

I signed up for this promotion when I installed my Verizon FIOS services on 1/16/2020 and was supposed to receive my two $100 Visa gift cards after 65 days of service and I have not done so yet. Are these automatically mailed to my address? Do I have to do something to redeem them? This is very frustrating and I can't get through to support or chat about this issue.
