I have Fios set up the lock at the same time every day. However once unlocked I have to re-lock it as it never locks by itself. Does this feature not work correctly or am I doing something wrong?

If this is your internet, I would love to know how you accomplished this to begin with. I have been trying to accomplish this for 3 years!
