Redeem Visa Gift Card

Good evening.

Back in February, I signed up for a Verizon Fios promotion which included two Prepaid Visa gift cards. One for $100, and one from $150. I received an email this week with instructions on how to redeem those two gift cards. However, when I login to click on the reward tile, I see that theres no reward tile on the page. Can anybody help me with this?
