Any assumption on Verizon's part is a lie. I ofdered nothing!! I called to find out who worked on my computer early this AM, and told her that her voice was garbled, and to please send me an email, and I received two emails re stuff that I never ordered!!!
This is a new low, even for Verizon. I have already called the credit card company!!!
