Last night I hit the guide button and the show I was watching went to the top left as usual but the guide never came on. Thought there was an outtage so went to bed thinking it would be fixed in the am. Turned TV on this am and picture is black but we have sound. All cables are securely in place on TV and DVR. What could the problem be?
