i would like to file a complaint against brett, id#{edited for privacy}. i have never been treated so rudely by a customer support rep. he was rude, abrasive, and obnoxious. he was yelling at me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. my issue with root sports hd has been ongoing for months and i spent an hour on the phone today and was not allowed to speak to anyone who could or would help me. to top it off, that jerk is saying that i refused to troubleshoot. this will go further, i promise.
