RETRIEVING MOVIES PAID FOR ON DVR

MY question is this: how do I retrieve the movies I purchased on my DVR through verizon? I moved and had my services transferred to new home, and was given new equiptment, which included new DVR. and when checking to make sure I had the movies still on my DVR. they were gone. I looked on the verizon website everywhere on how to retrieve them but unfortunately was unsuccessful in finding information on how to do this. Could someone help me with this please? Sorry to hear about the troubles with your flex view titles. If you placed a move order, then the account number should have stayed the same as long as the name stayed the same and the social security number used at the new address. You should still have access to these titles. Had either the name or social changed at the new address?
