Eight days ago I called Verizon to report their green pedestal (see pic) in my yard had rusted thru at the bottom. The first phone rep had no idea what I was talking about or what to do. I called back. The next guy opened a case for me and a day or two later a tech came out. He said he had to tell his supervisor. He took a picture and sent it to his supervisor. He told me to call his supervisor in a few days and left me a card with his supervisor's cell number. I have called every day for 3 days now and left voice messages. No reply at all. Can anyone please help me? I understand there are phone lines in here. I suppose if I mow over them someone will come out...
