I just strated to get a green screen on all of the HD channels on my TV. The regular channels are ok and I can stream channels through Roku but cannot watch over the air HD channels. I have audio only. How can thgis be corrected?
Are you using a HDMI cable? This has been reported before regarding a HDMI handshake issue.
Have you made ANY hardware changes for any devices, or added any items to your TV?
Is your TV internet connected? Meaning does it have a connection straight to the internet through wireless or an Ethernet cable? It is possible that the manufacture could have loaded an update to cause issues.
What Verizon STB or DVR hardware do you have connected?
What area of the US are you located? Although I do not believe Verizon has been sending down any upgrades lately.
These are just some questions and ideas that may be causing your issue. If using HDMI you may wish to try component cables from the Verizon hardware to the TV as a work around for now.
