I finally made the switch over to the full triple play bundle and have all the movie channels including EPIX. I was setting up my online accounts to watch HBO, Cinemax, and EPIX. No problems with HBO/Cinemax, but with EPIX it tells me I need to subscribe. I have called a couple of times and the Verizon phone support were of no help. Has anyone else had this problem recently? I want to get it fixed, but don't trust the phone support to mess with my package to much and screw up any promotions on my account.
