partial credit payment

Is there anyway to pay a portion of my bill early on in the month and have it be applied as a credit in the system so that when the final bill for the month appears it is not the full amount but the difference from the amount paid to the total amount due?

Hi JLira66,

Yes, this can be done. The key is that you have to make sure you don't currently have a balance before doing this and that the new or final bill has not generated as well. As long as you do this and make the payment, it will show as a credit balance on the account once it posts and then simply be deducted from your new or final bill when it generates.
