Audio cuts out constantly...especially on HD channels... also takes long time to change channels...transition from one channel to another lags an eternity ....any ideas?
No Updates on these issues from your .... "This message is being resolved in a private support area"
Support on this has Fizzled out......what's my next step....get a Tech to my home to "Fix" this???

Yes we saw that days ago....and followed the instructioins.....same problem.....nothing resolved...which we informed you about.....nothing since then ????
