Visa Gift Card Link Not Working

This is frustrating - I got email that my visa prepaid card is ready but the link doesn't work.

I tried calling customer service 5 times and the call gets disconnected when ever you use word visa prepaid card or rewards.

This is a SCAM from a company like Verizon
