Can't redeem $150 prepaid gift card

I got an email for 'It's time to get your Visa Prepaid Card from Verizon' and when I login, it says 'Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
to register your reward.' However I can't find the reward tile in either the browser or the app to redeem the prepaid card. Please resolve this issue for me.
