Breakup and Stuttering all HD chans started this AM

Question

All my HD channels are breaking up, poor picture quality and audio stuttering. internet is ok, SD ok, OnDemand HD ok.. Have already disco battery and reset ONT.. Recorder HD on DVR is OK, happens on both my HD/DVR and HD/STB.. Looks kike some kind of outage, can't get chat to answer...

Apparently resolved by some kind of "silver bullet" during on-line chat. Not to disparage other methods of VZ "support" but increasingly, I find on-line chat the easiest (and most reliable) method of resolving issues.
