So....I am trying to watch a free TV show ON DEMAND. It tells me I cannot view the show because my box doesn't have enough credits.
I rebooted everything. - NO GOOD
I did the STB Auto correct - NO GOOD
I called Verizon customer Support - INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING AND TOTALLY INEPT ( no good).
Anybody got any ideas? Besides the obvious ( Comcast, Dish, Charter, Et.)
