Hey Verizon, I'm also having the same issue as many others on this forum where the website link to redemption does not work (it's redirected to an HTTP Status 500 Apache server error) and the (862) 818-9259 number to Gift Card Services an online agent gave me is completely unstaffed –– I was told to call back at an unspecified time when they reopen.
