Another Visa gift card error

I'll add my name to the list of people who can't redeem the $50 Visa prepaid gift card that Verizon owes to me. Every single time it just says: HTTP Status 500 - Filter execution threw an exception - I've also tried to do it on their mobile app, & it also doesn't work, it just never loads. Verizon owes me the $50 card, so i'm unhappy about all the errors.
