How to rewind/fast forward during live TV??

With this new user interface we can't figure out how to do this...if anyone has any feedback it would be greatly appreciated. This is ridiculous. I hope Verizon actually looks at these comments and will take this into effect. The new Verizon TV is horrible.

can you personal message me too? we are not able to rewind or pause either not to mention our boxes freeze all the time and we have to reboot them. we left Comcast for fits and now we are regretting it 😞

What model stb do you have?

You can only do this with DVR (72xx) and new quantum boxes.

Very simple if you have one of these.

Use the DVR controls whike watching live show.
