Visa Gift Card Redemption Link Broken

As many others have noted, the link to claim my $100 Visa gift card does not work. Instead it produces "HTTP Status 500 - Filter execution threw an exception" and a page of error root cause. Please add me to the list of folks apparently requiring agent support to redeem the Visa gift card.
