On demand "High Definition Channels" disappeared!!

We live in VA and we've recently switched to Verizon. The reason we switched to Verizon was because it provides the HD on demand channels my husband looks for. It also has a category named "High Definition Channels" in the on-demand menu, which is awesome! However, the category suddenly disappeared this morning. That's super weird. I felt like there's something's wrong with my eyes and it was my illusion that it was there last night. Is there anyone experience the same problem?

Same here in MA, I also lost my VOD bookmarks. The HD directories appear to have been distributed and nested in in the following structure: FREE -> {category} -> {station} -> {station}HD -> actual shows. I was unable to locate FREE HD -> {station}HD -> actual shows. If you create a new stationHD bookmark, the new bookmarks point to the discrete stationHD folder. (FREE -> {category} -> {station} -> {station}HD ->) If you use the bookmark, when you back out (<-) you are located in the FREE -> {category} level, so you are forced to traverse the entire tree each time you use a specific stationHD bookmark. It is a less efficient model then the previous Free HD -> {station}HD model, hoping they restore the previous HD model.

But more important it is now reported that this is all related to a courtsuit that verizon lost against Activevideo. They were sued for patent infringement and ordered to pay 11 million a month and had to May 23 to develop alternative interactive TV tecchnology.
