I had an issue with the DVR box, it is a 7216. The tech did a reset to resolve the issue, and since then, everytime I turn on the box, I get the screen which asks if I want HD or SD. I called tech again, and they reset the box, and I still get it. I go into the menu and switch it to SD and back to HD, and it still comes up. I didn't have an issue until they did a reset. Is there anything else I can do without getting a new box? Thanks.
