When trying to contact my STB from my computer i get a response of Bad Gateway.
On the STB, you might try running the Caller ID troubleshooting process (under customer support). This may fix your problem.
Perhaps if you explain exactly what address you were attempting to use to contact the STB? For example, perhaps you were trying to log-in to the router and then trying to view the STBs from that interface?
