FIOS TV issue

We recently moved our entertainment system from one side of our family room to the other. We hooked all the wires back to the Tv, set top box, DVD player, etc to the same locations except the cable jack to the set top box. This jack was used once before with no issues. Now I am unable to get any info to the Tv. We have tried all inputs on channels 3 and 4. Reset the box top twice. Any suggestions?

What model STB do you have? Check the cables again and connect it the way it was before. Then work backwards to determine what change is causing the issue. Try connection the STB directly to the TV if you have not done so. If it works, you know your issue is somewhere in the middle, and if it does not work, try a different coax cable. Make sure the ends of the cables are not shorted between the shield and center conductor. (Try a different cable)
