When I requesting the service to Verizon I was told that I have 14 days to try it and make all the changes according to my needs, but when I called to change my Tripe play to Double play they told me removing one service is gonna increase my bill.
I am satisfied with Tv and Internet services and I don't need the Phone service, if they can not make that change unfortunately I will cancel all my services.
