I am so frustrated with Verizon overall! First off they make it almost impossible to find an actual customer service number to call and actually speak to someone.
I have wireless and home connections. I had to wait over 30 minutes to discuss my verizon wireless bill, and to only be transferred and placed on hold for an additional 30 minutes to discuss my home line and direct TV bill-then told by the person he couldnt help answer my questions!!!
I'm just wondering if they place people on hold this long to make a sale.
