Property Damage Claim Assistance

Hello,

I need assistance with filing a property damage claim. My car was hit by a Verizon work truck while parked, and the driver did not stop. I have camera footage from local business’ on the street from the day of the incident. I am having no luck via the phone. Please help me with next steps or with a contact/department who can assist
