I want to order a Fios bundle, TV & Internet, but when I go to check out it says that self-installation isn't available for my address. So I called the 1-800 number and spoke with a customer service rep who told me I could get a self install kit if I order services through him. This would be fine if he was able to offer me the same price that is available online approx $15 more per month if I order over the phone. He also told me that it just isn't possible to get a self install kit if I order online. Why the discrepencies? I would just like to get the price advertised online and install it myself. I cant take a day off of work to wait for a technician to come plug in my set-top box.
