I placed an order with the help of a sales representative today (after going through a five-hour phone call yesterday trying to place an order but in vain due to some system failure no one knew) , signing up for a two-year contract of triple play with internet 150/150 mbps and preferred TV. The total monthly bill after tax and fees is 148.46. Less than an hour later when I logged in to my verizon app, I found the price went up to 168.32. I called the customer service, the sales representive and nobody knew what happened and noboday knew how to fix it. Execuse me???
