Can you access FIOS On Demand without a FIOS DVR Box, but a Tivo box instead?
No. Unfortunately at this time you must have a FiOS STB/DVR to view On Demand content.
Note as lacticacidtrip says a Verizon STB is required but it need not be a DVR.
