I have been calling for days recently to fix the issue with the verizon pre paid mastercard not working and they have been blaming it on me. I have talked to several people about this issue and they told me to then try on a laptop, and it is still not working to get my refer a friend prepaid master card link. I see others are also seeing this as an issue, but I don't know why the employees aren't informed properly. I would like help with this ASAP, the issue has been outstanding since July 2019 and the person who referred me received their card back in August.
