Unable to Redeem Visa Gift Card

There is no way to easily redeem the Visa gift card bonus. The link doesn't work on the message page. Everyone apparently has this issue. Per other similar links, you must escalate to your state district attorney general - wow. Just give us the gift cards you promised!!!!!
