Why is it that every time I watch an on demand movie at some point the info status pops up on the screen? I could watch the same movie over again and it happens at a different point and it's been happening on all my receivers. I have reset the box but it keeps on happen. This is becoming very annoying. How can this problem be fixed?

the info status bar shouldn't pop up unless the button on the remote or the front display receiver button is pressed. check to make sure both button's aren't sticky, make sure the remote has fresh batteries. and if both are ok then try the Set top box auto correct. it is slightly different than a reset or reboot.

So go to menu>settings>customer support>in home agent>set top box auto correct.

if that doesn't fix the problem, and this really doesn't happen on your other set top boxes, then it might be time for a new one.
