Verizon has nobody answering the cancellation phone number making it impossible to cancel

Anybody else having a problem getting Verizon representative to pick up the 844-837-2262 cancellation number?

I have been on hold literally all morning.

Seems like they are intentionally making it impossible to cancel the service.

I cancelled my auto-payments and saved all my chat windows asking to have service cancelled.

Just can't believe how poorly Verizon treats customers.

when you do executive escalations calls you. But you must answer your phone.

another thing you can do is call your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission or Department of Financial Security whichever’s it’s called.

most have toll free numbers or even online complaint forms. They regulate verizon so they can assist.

tell them how canceling is made difficult and they will intervene.

also contact the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov and they will have verizon contact you.
