Verizon line over our property

Hi,

We have a Verizon line that goes over the land on our property. We are building a new house on this lot, and now construction has to stop until the wire is removed. I have tried calling customer service but no one can seem to help me.

Please let me know who I need to contact to see about having this line moved. This is located in Pittsburgh PA (zipcode 15201)
