I can control my TV just fine with my remote. Does not work at all on my STB. I also tried to control my STB with my android phone app, same thing, not connecting. So it appears to be an issue with the STB?.....a new remote will not help. I've powered down the STB and restarted, 3 times now. No change. What next?
