Pixilation

Hi I'm getting pixilation with on demand last couple days. New router reset and unplugged boxes. Same issues. Not wiring box and router less than 2 feet from not. Is there any issues or outages in my a rea . New Rochelle ny 10804. Thank u

I am haVing the same issue. The basketball game we are watching is just awful and the hockey this weekend was brutal as well. Anyone have any ideas? Seems to only be doing it on live sports broadcasts, for me anyway...

Something I tried that helped a little was set the STB to 720p since that is what most broadcasts in HD use.

We have been having this problem since October. Everything has been switched out, tested, re-tested numerous times and it keeps getting worse each time. We have been told it is not an issue in our home, but the problem has not been resolved. The other night not only did we have a really bad pixilation problem the sound kept cutting in and out.
