My FIOS service is suddenly down today without any weather or power issues.
I called the customer service number, go through troubleshot with machine agent without success. Finally put on hold for live agent for 2 hours and then the phone got hung and call was ended. Calling again, go through the same steps, put on hold for 2 hours and got hung again. When I called again, the machine told me to call tomorrow.
I setup my cell phone (not verizon) as a hotspot. Login in to my account, went through the same troubleshooting steps. Reset, reboot the Power adapter, can not resolve the problem. The final 3 options: chat, facebook messager, and call. I repeated the same steps at least times without help. I chatted with a sales support human, he refer me to the same technical support page that I have no success.
The time is close to 7pm. no phone calls is accepted anyome, chat is now robot only. I finally re-activated my facebook login, and send message to Verizon Fios. No response for 6 hours now.
it is so frustrated that I need my internet to work from home. But unable to open a service ticket.
Anyone has any good way to get hold of a human support? Thanks in advance!
