I have FIOS internet 75/35 and the prime HD service. I am using the samsung TV app until my install for TV is complete (I already have internet service). The issue I am having is that the samsung app keeps cutting in and out while watching diferent channels. It is very intermittent, some hours its not very bad, however others every other minute the app shows the loading screen and then takes a few seconds to reload.
I really prefer to keep using the samsung app if I can, as I like that its built into my tv.
I have checked quite a few things, my router seems ok and when the issues happen I am not doing anythign out of the ordinary like downloading or uploading anything.
Any advice?
