I just bought of those 2 in 1 movie deals. It plays fine for the first movie but once it gets to the second movie, around half of it the sound gets really bad, laggy, and stuttery. Sometimes when I pause it and rewind it it comes back to normal but then it comes back again. I'm at the point where I can't even watch the movie anymore because there's no sound. I imagine that fios can't handle large movie files that big.
The big problem is, when I try to restart the movie, it goes BACK to the beginning of the movie, without fail. This is a big problem when the movie is about 250 minutes long. Fios VOD is notoriously incompetent in this aspect because it has only one fast forward speed that is mind numbingly slow and has no scene selection or chapter skipping. This is driving me nuts and I can't watch through the movie without having to restart and wait 10 minutes just for the movie to come back to where it was again..
Either I get this fixed or I demand I get a refund for the movie. This isn't the first time I've had problems with FiOS and I am seriously considering switching services if crap like this continues to happen
