sound interuption

Periodically the sound on my TV is interupted for 2 to 3 seconds. This happens on all my TV's. It only happens once or twice an hours but it is very annoying.

I have rebooting the router, rebboted the STB and loaded the latest updates Nothing works

I also have a problem with caller ID. It works on my phone but does not display on the TV. I have set it up several times

Sorry to hear about your problems with the sound and the Caller ID on the TV. We can assist with both of these. We have to remapp the boxes for the caller ID to work. We then need to reboot the main fiber optic box to possibly fix the sound drop out. I have sent you a private message to get more info about your account.
