Have you attempted any troubleshooting, or are you just "bleeping?
if you open a live chat by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of the Verizon page, you can report it, and they have some over the phone tools that will fix it.
Generally though, if you are home, reboot the router, reboot the STB, and then try to do it again. You can also disable and enable the web access, and that also helps (menu>settings>remote dvr>web access=disable/enable)
I have heard that doing the Caller ID troubleshooter also fixes it, if you don't like to call in. They use similiar technology, so it's killing two birds with one stone when you use it.

I've tried everything... rebooting the router... completely resetting the router... resetting the ONT... nothing seems to work. The funny thing is it started working randomly a few days ago then stopped again shortly thereafter. I don't get it.
well i wouldn't completely reset the router. when you say that, i am thinking that you are pressing the actual little reset button on the router. that erases your settings that make the service work. reboot's are ok, and using the caller id trouble shooter. It fixes both caller id on tv and the remote dvr.
