When trying to access STB from my laptop at work (forgot to program a recording) I get the message that STB is not responding. When asking system to check it I get the message "Bad Gateway".
Anyone know what's up?
I am sorry to hear about the problems you're having with the boxes. I pulled up the equipment and the notifications are successfully going to them. Are you still experiencing the problem?
