we would like to move our tv and verizon fios cable box so we need to extend the wire. can we purchase a connector and longer cable to do so from a home improvement store or do we have to have verizon come and do it?
Yes you can do it yourself, which will be MUCH cheaper than having a Verizon Tech out. It is different depending on state but most tech visits have a rate of $91 per hour. Just make sure you use high quality cables and connectors and you will be fine.
