Is this happening on all Tv's or just 1? 8803 is typically a billing hold. If there is nothing wrong with the billing side of your account, please send me a private message so I can get more information to correct this.
I just got this error. I have had the same two boxes (one DVR and one HD set top box) for about 5 years. Starting last week, the set top box displayed the access code 8803. The DVR works fine. I have not been able to fix or find anyone at Verizon that knows how to fix. I did note that the set top box is no longer showing up on my account. Please assist.
